Student Development Program
The Student Development Program is aimed at internal employees who are balancing work with their post-secondary studies in business, agriculture, or pharmacy.

This program seeks to identify, develop, and retain these individuals by offering them the chance to gain meaningful summer work placement experience. Upon completing their post-secondary education, participants may be considered for full-time positions within the CRS, depending on job availability. To support talent attraction and retention, a student previously within the student development program who becomes employed within the CRS for a minimum of two years may be eligible for 75 per cent tuition reimbursement of their last year of tuition.
The program is designed to foster long-term growth and success within the CRS, providing benefits that support a lifetime of career advancement.
