Each year, Discovery Co-operative Ltd. celebrates the genuine commitment and inspiring dedication of our Team Members to our organization's vision, mission, values, and brand. Nominations are made throughout the year by Discovery Co-op employees to recognize Team Members who demonstrate a commitment to living our 4 Key Basics to Legendary Guest Service: Safety, Courtesy, Service, and Efficiency. Our 4 Key Basics were created by Team Members of our Co-op a few years back and provide real-life examples of how our Team Members live our vision, mission, values, and brand every day.

Behind each Commitment to Values Award recipient is a story of a Discovery Co-op Team Member’s hard work, passion, and genuine desire to make a difference within our community.
