Each year, Discovery Co-operative Ltd. celebrates the genuine commitment and inspiring dedication of our Team Members to our organization's vision, mission, values, and brand. Nominations are made throughout the year by Discovery Co-op employees to recognize Team Members who demonstrate a commitment to living our 4 Key Basics to Legendary Guest Service: Safety, Courtesy, Service, and Efficiency. Our 4 Key Basics were created by Team Members of our Co-op and provide real-life examples of how our Team Members live our vision, mission, values, and brand every day. Behind each Commitment to Values Award recipient is a story of a Discovery Co-op Team Member’s hard work, passion, and genuine desire to make a difference within our community. The Commitment to Values Award recipients set a positive example for all other Discovery Co-op Team Members to follow and aspire to.

After careful consideration, the following Team Members were selected as the 2025 Commitment to Values Award Recipients, demonstrating exceptional alignment with our values through their actions and leadership:
