5 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
1⁄2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1⁄2 cup pistachios, chopped
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1⁄2 cup Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, strong brewed
3 tbsp olive oil
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1. Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a Cruet.
2. Place watermelon in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the goat cheese and pistachios.
3. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and serve.
